Foley's List is excited to welcome our new reader Olivia Kefford, who accepts briefs in criminal law and public and administrative law. She also accepts briefs in commercial law. 

Before coming to the Bar, Olivia was a Senior Lawyer at the Office of Public Prosecutions and Senior Federal Prosecutor at the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions.

Olivia frequently appeared as a solicitor advocate. She has prosecuted and advised on complex fraud offending on behalf of Commonwealth agencies including ASIC, the ATO, and the AFP.

Olivia is reading with Daryl Brown and her senior mentor is Richard Knowles KC.
