Foley’s List is delighted to congratulate our list member Kim Southey, who has been selected to present at the World Congress on Family Law & Children Rights in Cambridge next year.

Kim will be co-presenting on the topic 𝐓𝐨 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥- 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 with David De Alwis and Elyse Byrne of Hope Earle Lawyers,looking at how case law has developed in a post COVID-19 world with respect to school refusal and how the Court balances this issue with children’s rights; children in vulnerable situations; and family violence.
