Paul Chiappi	Paul Chiappi has conducted substantial litigation in a broad range of areas including planning and environment law, property and development, contracts, trade practices, intellectual property, partnership disputes, engineering disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency.
Emma Peppler	Emma Peppler specialises in planning, environment and government related matters, in particular at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), Planning Panels Victoria, Inquiries and Advisory Committees, the Magistrates Court of Victoria, the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Victorian Court of Appeal.
Jennifer Trewhella	Jennifer Trewhella has a particular specialty in the area of compulsory land acquisition, planning blight compensation and land valuation and rating having acted for government, statutory authorities and claimants/land owners on major land acquisitions in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Ian Munt	Ian Munt specialises in land compensation and valuation, planning and environment, heritage, gaming, public law and property and leasing disputes. He has acted for an array of State and Local government authorities and private sector and community actors in proceedings in the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Planning Panels Victoria.
Carly Robertson	Carly Robertson has extensive experience in relation to planning and environmental law matters including merits review hearings in the VCAT acting for private clients and government agencies. Her practice specialises in all aspects of environment and town planning law, with a particular focus on heritage matters.
Robert Forrester	Robert Forrester is principally briefed to advise and appear, led and unled, in matters relating to major projects, Planning and Environment act matters, applications for judicial reviews, appeals from VCAT, land acquisition and compensation, statutory authorities and approvals, heritage registration and permit applications, property law and water law.
Sean McArdle	Sean McArdle is an urban planning and environment specialist. He has more than 10 years’ experience in this area. Before coming to the Bar, Sean worked as an engineer (specialising in acoustics), town planner and planning solicitor for leading firms. He has a double degree in Mechanical Engineering and Law from Monash University, and a Graduate Diploma of Urban Planning from RMIT.
Kate Lyle	Kate Lyle practises principally in planning and environment law. She also has experience in land acquisition and compensation proceedings and administrative law matters, including applications for judicial review in the Supreme Court.
Tara Hooper	Tara Hooper specialises in planning, environment, land acquisition and compensation, land valuation, and rating. She accepts briefs to appear and advise in matters across all levels of Victorian courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, and Planning Panels Victoria.
