Steven Brnovic has an established public and regulatory law practice with a strong presence in VCAT and specialist tribunals.
He has conducted judicial review proceedings in migration matters and VCAT decisions, regulatory prosecutions and coronial inquests, and maintains a strong advisory practice across protection visas, character cancellations, statutory interpretation, environment protection and licensing.
