Eliza practises in public and commercial law.  Eliza appears in all major jurisdictions including Federal and State Courts, Tribunals, Inquiries and Royal Commissions.  She has over 20 years of experience in large commercial and government firms and at the Bar.  Eliza appears in large, high profile, long running and often complex cases for clients.  She applies a strategic and practical approach.  

Eliza appears in many types of disputes including: planning and environment, land valuation and compulsory acquisition, contract, corporate, telecommunications, industrial, mining, energy and resources, construction, regulatory enforcement, Royal Commissions and Boards of Inquiry, judicial review, public law and administrative law.  Eliza represents corporations, individuals, government and institutional clients.  Her experience includes urban renewal projects, wind farms, state-significant infrastructure projects, commercial and retail facilities, telecommunications facilities, apartment and residential developments, correction facilities, landfills, port expansion, mines, water treatment plants, rail and roads.  These cases have involved major fire events, groundwater and land contamination, industrial land use, waste, noise odour and dust emissions, forestry operations and ecological issues.
