Emma Peppler specialises in planning, environment, property and government related matters. She accepts work to act in VCAT, Planning Panels Victoria and all Victorian Courts -- including the Court of Appeal in both merits and judicial reviews, as well as associated declaration/ questions of law proceedings.

Eliza Bergin specialises in planning and environmental law, land valuation and compulsory acquisition of land. She is briefed to appear for clients in the Supreme Court of Victoria and Court of Appeal as well as the Tribunal and Planning Panels Victoria.
