Alison James accepts briefs to appear in, and advise on, all matters of Family Law. She appears regularly in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and State Civil Courts, and enjoys briefs in a diverse range of Federal Law, Common Law, and Tribunal matters in Victoria and South Australia.

Alison is an NMAS Accredited Mediator and a Family Law Arbitrator (Regulation 67B). She is frequently briefed for advocacy and as the mediator in all types of mediations.
