This year, we are excited to present on the topic “Beyond the Allegations: Family Violence in Litigation” with The Honourable Justice Strum as MC, and presenters Sarah Fisken KC, Damien Dao & Madeleine Lynch.

This practical session will cover key issues in family violence matters, including protected confidences, s 128 certificates, presenting and responding to evidence, the use of audio and video recordings, and the pros and cons of consenting to a Family Violence Intervention Order without admissions.
