Foley's List is proud to share that List Member Glen Pauline is now an AMDRAS Leading Mediator. He is the second barrister from the Victorian Bar to be accredited at this level.

Glen mediates a wide variety of commercial and civil proceedings including contractual, employment, property, franchising and leasing disputes. Glen recently co-mediated across five months the complex multi-party disputes that arose from the McCrae landslides. He is a longstanding panel mediator for VCAT, the Victorian Small Business Commission, NSW Small Business Commission, Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman, Australian Disputes Centre and Resolution Institute. He serves on the Law Council of Australia ADR Committee and is a past Chair of the Victorian Bar ADR Committee. He is a coach and assessor in the Victorian Bar’s mediation training program. Glen’s practice as counsel also includes advice, paperwork and appearances in commercial and employment disputes.
