As a former judicial officer, Rohan Hoult was limited in his capacity to appear in court. However, with a dispensation granted by the Legal Services Board, Rohan Hoult is now authorised to appear in all courts, including Division 1 and Division 2 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA).

Rohan has over 35 years’ experience practicing exclusively in family law. Rohan’s extensive practice has included significant trial and appellate work, complex child and property matters, and experience in Magellan cases. He is also an AIFLAM Nationally Accredited Mediator.
