Morgan practices in criminal law and occupational health and safety. 

Whilst she appears in all jurisdictions in Victoria, Morgan has an indictable crime practice and primarily appears in trials and pleas in the County Court. She regularly appears in matters arising from the Serious Offenders Act 2018 and the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997. She has drafted written cases and appeared as counsel in the Court of Appeal. 

Morgan regularly provides written advice and prosecutes on behalf of WorkSafe Victoria for offences under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004. She is also experienced in the application of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011

Morgan is particularly familiar with Commonwealth offences, including drug importation and trafficking, child exploitation, and terrorism. She is regularly briefed in matters involving complex Commonwealth-State sentencing exercises, and the application of Commonwealth parole provisions. 

Morgan read with Jason Gullaci. She is a member of the Victoria Legal Aid Preferred Trial Counsel list and holds an Indictable Crime Certificate.
