Chris’ work in migration law saw him appear in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal as well as give advice in all areas of migration law. Chris’ migration practice also took him into areas of criminal, family, and employment law. As a result of these intersections of the law, Chris has also appeared at the Magistrates’ Court, County Court of Victoria and in the Fair Work Commission.
Before being admitted to legal practice, Chris had a 17-year career as a Principal Warfare Officer in the Royal Australian Navy.
