The Settled Land Act: Practical Tips

The Settled Land Act 1958 governs interests in land which are less than absolute, including life interests. The Act is important because if it is ignored or overlooked or ignored indrafting of Wills or other instruments, a breach of trust and professional negligence claim may later arise. By Simon Gannon.
