Richard Edney is a leading defence barrister in Victoria with a practice predominately focused on trials in the Supreme and County Courts of Victoria. He has had an extensive appellate practice in the Victorian Court of Appeal and has appeared in a substantial number of matters involving appeals against conviction and sentence.
Ran Zaydan accepts briefs in all areas of criminal law, quasi-criminal law, administrative and public law, and has appeared in contested hearings, pleas, conviction and sentence appeals, bail applications, breach proceedings, Crimes Mental Impairment and Fitness to be Tried hearings, summary jurisdiction applications and SORA hearings.
Edwina Dane is an experienced advocate who welcomes briefs in criminal and quasi-criminal matters, regulatory and enforcement proceedings, disciplinary matters, and inquests and inquiries. Edwina accepts both defence and prosecution briefs.
