Rohan Hoult is a former Senior Judicial Registrar of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, who returned to the Bar in 2023 and currently practices across a broad range of family law matters as mediator, as counsel for mediation and for advice work. He has over 35 years’ experience practicing exclusively in family law. Rohan’s extensive practice has included significant trial and appellate work, complex child and property matters, and experience in Magellan cases. He is also an AIFLAM Nationally Accredited Mediator.

Sophie Mariole practices in family and de facto law and has an extensive experience in a broad range of associated commercial and corporate matters. As a mediator, Sophie is available to conduct mediations at a reduced, fixed rate pursuant to the AIFLAM Fixed Fee Mediation Scheme as a member of the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators. She is the Secretary of the Family Law Bar Association and a member of the Family Law Section of the Family Law Council of Australia.

Nick Ellis is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and has a Master's degree in Applied Family Law. He is a Nationally Accredited Mediator. Nick regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and accepts briefs to appear in and advise on all matters relating to family law, including settling Financial Agreements and intervention order matters.
