Presenters

Peter Chadwick KC practises in Victoria and other Australian jurisdictions in all criminal law, coronial inquests and professional disciplinary tribunals. He has appeared extensively in criminal trials, pleas, appeals and bail applications across Australia.

Hayden Rattray regularly conducts contested hearings in the criminal jurisdiction and accepts briefs to appear in opposed intervention order proceedings. He has developed a particular expertise in serious motor vehicle offences.

Nicole Menegas has regularly appeared in both summary and indictable crime matters in all Victorian Courts. She appears daily in contested hearings, bail applications, pleas, committals, appeals, contraventions and supervision order proceedings.

Rory Hudson appears in all state and federal courts. He has extensive experience in contests, bail hearings, and committals. He also has a focus on therapeutic outcomes, including matters in the Drug Court and the Assessment and Referral Court. 

Tia Gaffey is a Senior Forensic Engineer at the Allied Forensics Group. Tia graduated from the University of California (Santa Barbara) with a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering and has over 20 years’ experience evaluating the behaviour of vehicles and occupants in crashes. She specialises in applying physical and engineering sciences to safety across many areas, ranging from transport to workplace occupational health and safety.
